If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice so we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waitlist.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be asked to pay a cancellation fee for the prior appointment BEFORE your next appointment is scheduled. The cancellation fee will be 50% of the service charges for the missed appointment(s). Payment will be taken by phone, via a credit card payment.
If you do not cancel and simply NO SHOW, the cancellation fee is 100% of the service charges for the missed appointment(s). Payment will be taken by phone, via a credit card payment.
If you have standing appointments or a series of pre-scheduled appointments, we will contact you to pay the assessed cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is not paid, we will work with your service provider(s) to determine if future appointments should be removed from the appointment book.
Cancellation fees apply to all of our services and this policy applies to all clients. As always, extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.
