Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Cancellation fees must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
Standing appointments that are repeatedly missed may be removed from the schedule.
Extenuating circumstances will always be taken into consideration.
Cancellation fees are collected via credit card by phone.
Gratuity
Please note that gratuities must be a direct payment from the client to the service provider via cash, Venmo, or a personal check payable to your stylist. We do not accept gratuities on any charge card or checks made payable to Caruso Hair & Esthetics.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment for salon services. Payment is due at the time of service.
